I was speaking to a crewe Alexandra season ticket holder last week and some of their fans are the happiest most positive fans you could ever wish to meet. If we can follow a similar role model of cultivating young talent eventually selling to others would that be so bad if we help them in their careers to better things? I think not

What we need to do is retain the belief and forget about signing players as its overrated. If we believe and keep a positive attitude we can laugh at other more negative clubs spending money as we overtake them enroute to success. I'm in... whose with me ?

This could be another defensive nightmare . . . usual nerves in abundance , lack of belief . . . . and thats just the Fans ! ! !

I would like to give a special mention to Mr thelwell. Not only has he done a decent job but evidence our recruitment is top notch with signing our young star from Newport - not all clubs can bring in talent like that. We don't need money, lets cultivate our youth and watch them flourish when we sell them hopefully at larger midland clubs keeping the talent in this area.
