Prior to tonight's match kicking off there will be a minutes applause in memory of Wolves legend Roy Swinbourne. At this time we will also remember Sir Jack a day ahead of the one year anniversary of his passing.

There was an outage on Saturday 9th January from 2:45pm until 3:45pm, caused by a disconnection in the 'cloud' element of StreamAMG's Media Platform, which has now been restored. This affected audio commentary for all 3:00pm games. During this time customers were unable to listen to audio commentary.
Despite Stream's systems passing all regular matchday checks, a partial and intermittent issue quickly developed into a system-wide fault and this is what caused identification and resolution of the issue to take some time.
Stream are continuing to investigate causes alongside the team at AWS and will supply further details when they have AWS' report on the incident. To mitigate against a re-occurrence, Stream are adding an improved notification system to improve early detection, and working alongside Amazon Web Servers to arrange further testing.
We would like to take this opportunity to apologise sincerely for the interruption in services and reassure you that the technical teams responsible for this platform are working to ensure this situation cannot happen again.

For anyone who had Player issues on Saturday...my apologies again.
I have received this response from Stream who run the Wolves Player HD service
